SHIPPING METHOD

Orders are shipped via DHL Parcel.

Our team processes and ships orders during our business hours, so orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday at 3:00 p.m. GMT (except on national and local holidays).

Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been shipped, our team is unable to redirect it. Please note that ASH Spain cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


TRACK YOUR ORDER STATUS

When placing your order, please provide us with a phone number and email address. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

 

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customs fees: Items shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs fees or additional taxes. The prices shown on our website include VAT as set in Spain.

For shipments outside the European Union, the price you pay to ASH Spain excludes any customs duties or additional taxes. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these costs directly to the customs office in your territory in order for your order to be released. As our team does not know the exact amounts required, we recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

ASH Spain is not responsible if local customs authorities decide to confiscate any package or charge any import fees. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to our offices, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping costs resulting from the return of the package and the initial shipping costs.

Delivery delays: Our goal is to deliver orders to international destinations within a maximum of 5 business days. Deliveries after this period may be due to various reasons, such as customs control. In this case, the customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs offices to ensure that the package is released.

If your order is delayed, please check the status of your shipment using the tracking number and link provided in your purchase confirmation email. If there are significant delays, please contact our team at customerservice@ashspain.com&nbsp, including your order number.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Ash Spain will not accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped, but you may return them.

For deliveries in Spain, we require that any cancellations be made no later than 15 minutes after placing the order.

For international deliveries, we require that any cancellations be made no later than 30 minutes after placing the order.

In the case of orders that are pending shipment, it may be possible to cancel them. Please contact our team at customerservice@ashspain.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
