Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you would like a refund.
After this 14-day period, our return policy allows you to return items for an exchange or store voucher within 30 days of receiving your item, provided you are not completely satisfied.
Once your return request has been approved, you have a maximum of 10 days for the item to be received by us. Returns that are sent within this period but received after the 7-day deadline will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at info@ashspain.com.
