Contracting general conditions on the website ashspain.com
The use of the services or the purchase of products and / or services on ashspain.com implies the acceptance of the following general conditions:
1.- Acceptance and availability of the General Contracting Conditions
By accepting this Agreement, You hereby declare:
1. that is a person of legal age and capable of contracting services and / or goods,
2. that you have read and accept these General Conditions.
These General Conditions (hereinafter "the General Conditions"), regulate the legal relationship that arise from the contracting processes carried out between the client-users (hereinafter, "the Customers") of the website located in the URL https://www.ashspain.com, property of Camoscio Calçats, S.L. (hereinafter ashspain.com).
The Customers accept the General Conditions from the moment they use or contract the service and / or purchase any product. This document can be printed and stored by the Customers.
Ashspain.com makes available the e-mail address info@ashspain.com, so that they can approach any doubt about these General Conditions.
2.- Applicable rules
These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, from April the 13th, about General Conditions of Contract; of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, from November the 16th, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws; of Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December the 17th of 1999, which
regulates the Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions; of the Organic Law 15/1999, of December the 13th, about the Protection of Personal Data; of the Law 7/1996, of January the 15th, about Retail Commerce Management; and of Law 34/2002, of July the 11th, about Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
If you reside outside of Spain and by virtue of your legislation Spanish law does not apply on yours, you can not contract the services and / or products of ashspain.com.
3.- General Conditions Modification
Ashspain.com will be able to modify the present General Conditions, notifying to the Customers in advanced with enough time, in order to improve the services and / or products offered through their web. By means of the modification of the General Conditions exposed in the web page of ashspain.com, this duty of notification will be considered as fulfilled.
In any case, before using the services and / or contracting products, the General Conditions can always be consulted.
4.- Description of products and services
The products of ashspain.com, which are commercialized through their acquisition through the website, grant the right of return within 14 days of receiving the order without penalty, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November the 16th, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; and with Law 7/1996 on
Retail Commerce.

5.- Intellectual Property
The intellectual and industrial property rights on the works, brands, logos, and any other object susceptible of protection contained in the web page of ashspain.com correspond exclusively to Camoscio Calçats, S.L., unless different ownership is indicated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, marketing or transformation of such works, trademarks, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and industrial property rights of ashspain.com or the owner thereof, and may give rise to the exercise of any judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.
6.- Use of service and responsibilities
Ashspain.com does not guarantee the permanent availability of the services, being exempted for any type of liability for possible damages and losses caused by the unavailability of the service due to force majeure or errors in the data transfer networks, beyond its control.
Ashspain.com is not responsible for the content of the links to other web pages that are not owned by ashspain.com and can not, therefore, be controlled by it.
7.- Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

Likewise, Customers give their permission for such data to be processed and also used to send commercial communications of promotion or advertising of the services and products offered by ashspain.com.

ashspain.com makes available to the Customers the means of contact referred to in the previous paragraph so that they exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition guaranteed by current legislation.
8.- Notifications
All notices, requirements, requests and other communications to be made by the Parties related to these General Conditions shall be made by writing and will be considered to have been duly made when they have been delivered by hand or sent by regular mail to the other party’s address, or to the other party’s email, or to any other address or email that for this purpose each party may indicate to the other.
9.- Nullity and ineffectiveness of Clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness will affect only that order or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the General Conditions remaining in all other respects.
10.- Cookies
